Below is a follow-up complaint letter that I submitted to the administrator of the condominium that our company owned a unit which I maintained. For your reference that had the same problem with us.

RE : Continuous Leak from Unit 2004
This is a follow- up complaint letter submitted to
your office last December of 2013 about the constant water leaking problems
coming from the unit above ours 2004 Tower B. That the said water leaks caused
damaged to our unit’s common rest room and hallway ceilings, wood parquet floor
and baseboards. And that these leaks become extensive now running anew to our
unit’s other parts that caused another
damaged to one of the bedroom ceiling structures, wall paints, flooring and the
most hazardous- causing shortage and grounded electrical components in the wall
and ceiling.
In the middle of year 2014, we were obliged to make
actions on damaged parts in our unit to restore and make it presentable, but it
seems that your office and the owner of unit 2004 didn’t make any actions to
fix the problems rooting from them, thus the same damages are now recurring.
In view of the damages and the extent of time this
had been going on, we in behalf of Metro Retail Stores
Group Inc., as represented by the signatures below are expecting for your
assertive and decisive actions on the above concerns for us to avoid the third
party intrusions.
